With multiple offices in Germany, Sertronics is well placed to support clients across the country effectively and efficiently

James Eddershaw, Shotoku UK managing director, said, “We’ve known Sertronics for quite a while and have always been impressed by their approach. So when we were looking to further expand our support services in Germany, it was clear who to speak to. They have an impressive and proven track record of delivering excellent technical support for a wide range of markets and technologies and we are confident our customers will be exceptionally well served by this partnership.

Joachim Swazinna, branch manager at Sertronics Hamburg, said, “Shotoku is a well-known and respected provider of robotics systems across all of Germany. We are delighted to become their service partner and look forward to a long and effective partnership, not just for us, but more importantly for all current and future Shotoku customers.”
